Your Treatment - What does a treatment include?

  • Soft Tissue Therapy

    I use Sports Massage and many other hands on techniques to reduce tension, stiffness and create more pliable, adaptable and healthy tissues.

  • Stretch & Mobilise

    I use Fascial Stretch Therapy to improve your range and quality of movement. This is done by mobilising the dense connective tissue of joint capsule and associated soft tissues.

  • Movement & Education

    The results from our treatment will be best maintained if you use trigger balls, stretch bands & strengthen key movement patterns, these will all be exercises you can also do at home.
